- In order to catch up the and takes advantage of the trend of "Industrial Revolution 4.0", Tan Thang cement uses the most advanced production line and equipment with the low heat energy consumption and the exhaust dust meeting the standard of EU, G7 countries. Tan Thang cement imported equipment from the EU, G7 countries such as Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Denmark. The cement plant is of total capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker per day, equivalent to 2 million tons of cement per year.

- Thanks to rich raw materials with large reserves and high quality; high qualified technical managers and skilled workers; modern laboratory, strict quality management system, high atomation production line, Tan Thang cement ensures to satisfy needs of customers by providing high quality, stable products.

II. Technology introduction

-Technology: Self-aligned 2-pier rotary kiln by dry production method, supplied by FLSmidth (Denmark).

-Production line equipment imported from EU, G7 countries.

III. Product introduction 1. TYPE I

- It is a type of cement with high strength, so it is more economical in concrete mixing.

- It has a fast development rate of initial strength (R3, R7), helps remove formwork earlier, shortening construction time, making high final strength concrete.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structure or masonry walls for buildings.

- Ability to make concrete with higher strength in heavy and thin structures.

- Widely applied in the manufacture of precast and prestressed concrete structures.

2. TYPE II

- It is the cement with low hydration rate, so it is widely used in large-volume concrete.

- It has a fast development rate of initial strength (R3, R7), helps remove formwork earlier, shortening construction time and making high final strength concrete.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structures and masonry walls for buildings.

It is used in moderate cavitation environment due to its moderate sulfate resistance.

- It is made of the same raw materials as portland cement except that C3A content is less than 8%. This gives the cement having a moderate sulfate resistance.

3. TYPE V

- This type of cement has low heat of hydration, so pouring concrete makes less cracks.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structures and masonry walls for buildings.

- Suitable for use in corrosive and wet conditions in contact with groundwater and running water.

- Suitable for marine foundation/structure and completely corrosive environment buildings.

- Suitable for large concrete pouring and water supply foundation/channel.

- It has a high sulfate resistance. It is used to make concrete sewer, water and wastewater channels.

4. TYPE IL

- As an eco-friendly alternative to OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement).

- Using less energy, helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions, being friendly to environment.

- Lower carbon emission.

- Improving early strength of cement.

- Sulfate resistance equivalent to OPC.

- Strength similar to OPC.

- Lighter color, beneficial in architectural concrete, increasing light reflection.

- Outstanding stability compared to traditional OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) helps improve workability and durability compared to other OPC cements.

- Having a fast development rate of initial strength (R3, R7), helps remove formwork earlier, shortening construction time, making high final strength concrete.

5. TYPE IP

- Having sulfate resistance, more beneficial for the construction of underground/underwater/saline works. On the other hand, the heat emission during construction is low, which is favorable for the construction of large concrete blocks.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

6. TYPE II-V

- The heat of hydration in cement is low, so it is suitable for use in large-volume construction or prefabricated large structures.

- The content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structures and masonry walls for buildings.

- Used in all types of concrete construction, general construction such as foundation and floor projects.

-Used in concrete structures such as buildings, bridges, sewers, highways, water treatment facilities, storage structures as well as other construction applications.

7. TYPE I-II

- It is a multi-purpose cement that meets the requirements for both type I and type II. The strength meets the requirements of type I. Composition meets the requirements of type II. Type I-II cement may be used when type I or type II cement is required.

- Used for general construction such as precast concrete products, reinforced buildings, floors, sewers, bridges and sidewalks.

- Type I-II portland cement can be used in large structures such as heavy pillars, foundations, abutments and retaining walls.

8. TYPE I Superplastic

- High water holding capacity enhances ductility which is suitable for concreting in hot weather where fresh concrete can be solidified at a rapid rate due to high ambient temperature.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structures and masonry walls for buildings.

9. TYPE II Superplastic

- High water holding capacity enhances ductility which is suitable for hot weather concreting where fresh concrete can be solidified at a rapid rate due to high ambient temperature.

- It is a cement with low hydration rate, so it is widely used in large-volume concreting.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structures and masonry walls for buildings.

- With moderate sulfate resistance, it is used in moderate cavitation environment.

- It is made of the same raw materials as portland cement except that C3A content is less than 8%. This cement is of a moderate sulfate resistance.

10. TYPE V Superplastic

- This type of cement has low heat of hydration, so concrete pouring is of less cracks.

- High water holding capacity enhances ductility which is suitable for concreting in hot weather where fresh concrete can be solidified at a rapid rate due to high ambient temperature.

- The content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.

- Total alkali R2O content in cement is very low (< 0.6 %), eliminating the cause of corrosion & destruction of concrete structures and masonry walls for buildings.

- Suitable for marine foundations/works and completely corrosive environment works.

- Suitable for large concrete pouring and water supply foundation/channel.

- High sulfate resistance, used for concrete sewers, water and wastewater channels.

11. TYPE IP Superplastic

- High water holding capacity enhances ductility which is suitable for concreting in hot weather where fresh concrete can be solidified at a rapid rate due to high ambient temperature.

- Plaster mortar has high plasticity, good adhesion, making the finishing stage easier, without causing cracking of the plastered mortar layer of the building.

- Sulfate resistance ability is more beneficial for the construction of underground/underwater/saline works. On the other hand, the heat emission during construction is low, which is favorable for the construction of large concrete blocks.

- Content of free lime & MgO in cement is low, so it does not swell in volume after construction.
